There's one fucking irritating thing about America, when buying stuff offline (not sure about online). There is a fucking bad habit of showing the price of items (e.g. food) before taxes. So everytime, I find myself buy something and realizing it costs much more cause... I forget to compute in the taxes.
Fuck em!!! They should make a law to show prices with tax. Unlike Singapore, we most of the time the GST is included, and companies don't show GST as a means to bluff you, the norm here is to bluff the consumers by not showing the price with tax!!!
