Ok man, in the States there is this telco company called T-Mobile. FUCK EM!!!
Just realized that all their plans (not only their pre-paid plans) do not support Business-To-Text Messaging... and then when I called they gimme the crap that the minutes are not refundable. How da fuck am I suppose to enable my 2nd layer of authentication on my Internet Banking??? But more importantly, why da fuck isn't Business-To-Text Messaging supported??? From this I learnt, idiocy is a global constant.
Whoever claimed America customer service is good is asleep!!! Let's hope this idiocy is limited to the fucking telcos, as Amazon support has been good so far.
FUCK YOU T-MOBILE!!! I rate them below Starfuck and Shittel at home. Now, you really need to be the shit amongst the dung to be rated underneath Singapore telco companies...
